Susan B. Anthony of America is a Pro-Life organization that helps political candidates with conversative pro-life values get elected in political offices. They also started and own the organization called Her Plan that helps Pregnancy Resource Centers become more effective in assisting women who are facing life choice concerns with their pre-born child. At this time we grade them at an F- because to be an organization that states their missions is to help both women and their pre-born children in the area of the pro-life movement that tackles abortion head on, they failed greately with their own female employee. The abortion industry disproportionately effects black/minority women, they've recently fired their 1 of only 2 black female females working for them at the time, via false trumped-up allegations. She moved from her where she was living, to take on the HerPlan coordinator position of a new  state. Before she moved, the coordinator position in her state opened up, and when asked if she could take that job rather than move she was told no. After doing her job from May - Sept, they fired her for doing a Christian radio interview on a Christian station, and also for allegedly not meeting new metrics #'s that they issued her, that other coordinators we were not given. She was told she had 30 days to complete the new metrics and failed to do so. They offered her two weeks pay if she would sign an NDA, and no further severance beyond the two weeks pay. For an organization that claims to be "pro-life", and seeks to help women and children, and get political candidates that represent conservative pro-life values publicly, they don't live out their mission statement behind the scenes especially when it came to this young black female employee. She felt unheard and ambushed by SBA-HerPlan after moving from one state (that she would of stayed in had she not taken the their job offer) to another, to take on the new job. As stated earlier, before she moved from her current state, the state coordinator job opened up in her current state. When asked if she could take on the coordinator position in her current state she was told "No, we think you're best for the state we're asking you to move to". This is not pro-life, this is the opposite. And this is why at this time we grade Susan B. Anthony/HerPlan at an F-.
