Why we are 4Life
&
What you should know about
the Pro-life movement

Elizabeth Danielle Parker is the founder and facilitator

of the 4LIFE community outreach and implementation                                           program. She grew up in a black pro-life family, led by                                           her pro-life pastor parents. Elizabeth has served not only                                       on the board of a pregnancy resource center but also                                           has served/worked in pregnancy resource centers. She                                       assisted her family and community in launching a non-profit pregnancy resource center, as the launching interim Executive Director. Now because of her, and her family's and community's efforts, they've launched the Pregnancy Care & Hope Center medical mobile unit that serves the Mississippi Delta and surrounding areas, providing all of its services for free. She has also worked at leading organizations in the pro-life movement in various leadership roles. She is passionate about the media, film production and entertainment industry, where has worked on independent and major motion picture films. For the times we are in, she believes and has made it a core pillar to 4LIFE's mission, the importance of using film, media, and entertainment as vehicles to drive home the Christ centered womb to tomb Biblical 4LIFE message, beyond just a movement, but as a complete lifestyle. Elizabeth has also worked in the social media industry in assisting a social media company based in South Korea to launch their American office in Los Angeles. Her heart to want to see the pro-life movement take Christ centered next steps in community cross cultural bridge building, especially into the black/minority communities, with a missionary mindset and heart set, comes from a place of experience in seeing the ups and downs of the pro-life movement.

What is it to be 4LIFE

To be 4LIFE is to value life from the womb to tomb from a Christ centered Biblical perspective. Seeking to help others, especially in the black/minority communities to do so from a spirit, soul, mind, & body perspective (a whole lifestyle). 4LIFE does this by going on HBCU campuses (Historical Black College Campuses) and into the surrounding communities, as well as non-HBCU campuses (and partnering with non-minority students and organizations) to disciple students & community members to be all that God has called them to be for his glory. We believe that life starts at conception, and should be considered sacred and protected from womb to tomb. We also believe in taking the time and resources to mentor students and community members to be 4LIFE community leaders and to effect Christ centered change through their daily lives/occupations. The main area of change we are focusing on is developing courageous leaders who are grounded in the word of God using the communication vehicle of film, media, and entertainment to drive home these messages. We want to help grow leaders who will address evangelism, discipleship, and outreach ministry through the lens of the Biblical 4LIFE womb to tomb Christ centered message.

Pro-Life Identification & Organizations

Grading Chart

This grading is assessed through the channels of: research, testimony, documentation, experiences/interactions/observations of these organizations. Such as with any grading assessment, these grades are subject to change/be updated over time as these organizations go through changes and shifts.

We know that black people along with other minority communities are not known for being extremely familiar with leading pro-life organizations. Along with black/minority people there might be some veterans in the pro-life movement who might not be familiar with the details of "who is who" in the pro-life movement and what certain organizations do/who can they trust. We hope this grading chart of different leading organizations in the pro-life movement will help assist all, no matter their race and/or background. This grading scale is from A-F. This grading scale is not based on perfectionism. The scale is based on the effectiveness of these leading organizations in the pro-life movement, addressing still some of the greatest needs in the pro-life movement by those most effected, within black/minority communities. We hope that they have a desire to be apart of building cross cultural 4LIFE womb to tomb Christ centered cultural relationships, both in the public eye and also in less conspicuous places. Our hope is that these assessments do not offend these organizations, but allow these organizations to see from an outside perspective how they have come across (on the scene and behind the scenes) in how they have or haven't conducted themselves in relation to black/minority communities. We want to point out commendable behavior or bring awareness to blind spots/wrongs that we would hope change for the better.
