If This Is Generations Book

This book is meant to bring light to the darkness of evil that has not only taken place but is still happening. It is not written from a place of condemnation, but from a place of redemption for those who choose the path of redemption and the lessons meant to be learned along the way — lessons that should not be buried, bribed away, paid off, or threatened into silence. This book is my testimony told through excerpts of my journaling and documentation during my experiences at and after Nashville Life Church, and my direct and indirect interactions with Cece Winans, her administration, supporters, and family — and their/her agenda that, at the time, I did not realize I had gotten in the way of simply by standing up for my faith Biblically and living truthfully to the best of my God‑given ability. Living Biblically, was what I believed all the leadership was doing at that time, but later discovered otherwise.

My hope in bringing truth and light into such darkness is that ongoing wrongs will be stopped and made right as justice is rendered. I also hope that lessons will be learned by the current generation of leaders, and by the next generation who is watching how those leading now conduct themselves on stage versus how they actually live off stage, behind the scenes, or when they make mistakes and think “no one is watching” or “no one will know.” This book is written from the perspective that even if you are not a Christian, there is much to learn. There is much to be learned from the Christian leaders I encountered — some who did things wrong and are genuinely repentant, and others who could care less if they continue doing wrong, so long as their money and power can hide in the dark what they want to keep doing, no matter the cost and no matter who is harmed in the process, as long as their on‑stage persona remains intact.

This book is also written for Christians — both the older and the younger generation — who care not just about being right for right’s sake, but about getting it right in their lives. It is for those who want to live a full, truthful, genuine (not perfect) life for themselves, for those around them, and for those who will come after them, so that the next generation is set up for a level of success built on a genuine Biblical foundation — one that, even when shaken to the core, will not fall away because they chose to live in the way, the truth, and the life, in spirit and in truth, no matter the cost.
